Personal Bio

Chad Rogers, a loving husband, father, and sales professional for over 15 years, decided to pursue a career path in sales because he genuinely loves meeting people and building relationships. He is passionate about helping along the success of others, hence his favorite quote by Alexandre Dumas - "Nothing Succeeds like success."

Born and raised in St. Louis, he earned his Bachelors in Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Barely three weeks after receiving his diploma, he and his wife packed up two cars with his brother, a ferret, and three cats to head west. When asked why he moved to Colorado over ten years ago he simply replies "for the mountains." Two years later, his younger brother gave to Chad his high school graduation medal on the day of the ceremony. He is most proud of this award because of the numerous hurdles they both overcame to make the accomplishment possible. Despite the many sales awards and acknowledgements he's received for surpassing quotas or being number one, it was the involvement in his brother's success that he cherishes the most. Chad got his first taste of the real estate industry as a title representative in 2001. After rising to the number one representative role, he moved his efforts to mentoring his business approach model as a sales manager. Five years later he took a job as a National Title Representative where he learned to manage large national accounts. With the birth of his son, Kai, travel became less appealing and that is when he opened CMR Consulting. At first CMR Consulting was a company focused on bringing products and services to the real estate community but the need for a trustworthy credit coaching partner soon became apparant. After months of searching a company was found but both the fees and the quality did not measure up to the standards that people had grown to expect. The only option was to expand CMR Consulting to include the much needed Credit Coaching services. CMR Consulting is now the premier coaching company dedicated to educating consumers on credit, debt settlement, and loan modification. The goal is to only work with the very best real estate professionals helping fill the void in their service to the public. CMR Consulting continues to help companies, families, and individuals improve their bottom line and services.
